In 1946 the first modern computer was invented by John Mauchly. In 1960, Robert Kahn invented the Internet. In 1967, Edith Clarke invented the calculator. Steve Jobs did not invent all the separate parts, however, he innovated by integrating all the separate parts creating the iPhone, an advanced handheld computer and telephone on June 29, 2007.
